Which areas of Kuala Lumpur do you serve?
We work primarily within Kuala Lumpur and the immediate surrounds, including Bangsar, Mont Kiara, Damansara Heights, Chow Kit, Brickfields, and the city centre. If you are situated slightly further out, do get in touch — we are happy to discuss whether a visit is practical.
How far ahead should I schedule a visit?
For most services, one to two weeks' notice allows us to plan the visit well and allocate enough time without rushing. For the panel restoration, a little more lead time is appreciated as it is a longer engagement. We will confirm a specific date and time window once we have spoken.
Do I need to prepare anything before your visit?
Clear access to the areas we'll be working in is helpful, particularly the main distribution board. For the home assessment, it is useful if you can be present for most of the visit — your observations about what you've noticed in the home are genuinely valuable to us. For lighting installations, having the fittings unpacked and nearby saves time.
What happens if additional concerns are found during the service?
We'll let you know what we find and explain what it means in plain terms. We will not proceed with additional work without your knowledge and agreement. Any observations outside the original scope will be clearly noted — either addressed then if you'd like, or documented for a future visit. The decision is always yours.
Are your electricians registered with the Energy Commission?
Yes. All electrical work is carried out by ST Licence holders registered with Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST), Malaysia's Energy Commission. We are happy to share relevant credentials before any engagement begins.
Do you work in heritage properties and older shophouses?
Yes, and we find this work particularly worthwhile. Older properties often have wiring systems that require a more thoughtful approach — some of what we encounter has served the home for many decades. We take care not to disturb what is still functional and well-placed, and approach improvements with the same respect one might give to restoring an old piece of furniture.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online bank transfer (IBG/DuitNow), cash, and major credit or debit cards. An invoice is provided for all services. A deposit may be requested for panel restoration bookings, which we will explain clearly during the scheduling conversation.
How are service prices structured?
The prices listed reflect the standard scope of each service. If the work turns out to be simpler than expected, the final amount may be adjusted accordingly. Where additional materials are needed beyond the standard scope, we will let you know the cost before proceeding. We aim for straightforward pricing that reflects the actual work done.
